Discover a kaleidoscope of authentic Malaysian favourites exclusively presented by Dato’ Chef Ismail together with Dorsett Hartamas’ Resident Chef Ahmad during this holy month of Ramadan. 

Some of the irresistible dishes that you can expect include Ayam Golek Istana, Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, Lawar Terung, Lomak Cili Padi Daging Salai, Bubur Lambuk Istimewa GM, Roast Lamb and Nasi Daging Utara.

The buffet is available every night from 6.30 pm onwards. from13th March until 7th April 2024.
