Police have confirmed that MYAirline Co-Founder and shareholder Datuk Allan Goh,, Wife and son have been arrested.
57-year-old Allan Goh Hwan Hua, his wife Datin Neow Ean Lee (55 years old), and their son Sean Goh Tze Han (26 years old) were arrested at their residence in Shah Alam yesterday evening.
Goh also owns private firms Zillion Wealth and Trillion Cove Holdings, which have 88% and 10% respective stakes in the airline. The remaining 2% share was owned by Rayner Teo, the former MYAirline CEO before stepping down early last week for health reasons.
Bukit Aman's Commercial Crime Investigation Department (JSJK) director, Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf, said the remand proceedings for the three were held at the Jinjang Lock-up Center here. They were remanded for four days from today.
"The remand order was granted for four days starting today for the investigation conducted in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorist Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
