KUALA LUMPUR: Padang Rengas Member of Parliament, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz confirmed that there is an effort to collect sworn statements (SD) to support Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob as Prime Minister.
He also confirmed that he had already signed the SD but did not reveal other MPs who may have done so.
"Yes, I have signed the SD in support of (Datuk Seri) Ismail Sabri, other MPs I don't know, I have to ask them,"
He was commenting on the efforts made by the PN Members of Parliament to support Ismail Sabri as Prime Minister if Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin resigns.
It was reported today, Muhyiddin at a meeting with BERSATU MPs this morning expressed his desire to resign when facing the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, tomorrow.
