A Malaysian court has ordered Rosmah Mansor, the wife of former prime minister Najib Razak, to enter a defence in a corruption trial linked to a multimillion-dollar solar power project. It comes just months after Najib was found guilty in the first of several corruption trials against him. In reading out a short statement, High Court judge Mohd Zaini Mazlan said the prosecution has adduced enough credible evidence to establish a prima facie case against her. Rosmah has opted to give evidence on oath. The judge has fixed June 9 to start hearing her defence.
