He will be preparing his specialities like the Atlantic Coast Wild John Dory Naturally Cooked, Asparagus & Kumquats, Line Caught Sea Bass from “Concarneau” Bay Slow Cooked, Baby Beetroot and Fennel, Citrus Vinaigrette and Refined French Cheese Selection, Condiments and Sinful Desserts, to name a few.

We were fortunate to savour some of the dishes last night, when we had a 5 course prepared for us especially by Chef Jimmy De Almeida, Each dish was prepared meticulously and the presentation was awesome. The deserts were really awesome and going through the menu you will surely find somthing you like.
