AMPANG: Police have arrested a college student over a video that showed a naked man masturbating in the back alley of his neighbour's house in Pandan Indah.
The 19-year-old was picked up at his house in the area on Monday evening after he was identified as the man in the video which has been circulating on social media.
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Khairuldin Saad said the man confessed to doing the acts in the video but claimed it was the first time he had ever done such a thing.
"We are detaining him further for investigations,” said ACP Khairuldin.
The CCTV footage showed a naked man emerging from some bushes in the back alley and inching his way to the kitchen window of the neighbour's house before fondling himself.
The man then retreated to the bushes and returned again to peep into the window.
His act was exposed when the occupants of the house saw him on their television that was linked to the CCTV system.
The man ran away when they shouted at him.
