    PETALING JAYA: All bets were off when Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed took to the front lines in the fight on illegal gambling that saw 27 people arrested.

    The Deputy Home Minister joined Bukit Aman's Special Task Force for Anti-Vice, Gaming and Gangsterism (Stagg) in a raid at illegal gambling dens along Jalan SS15/4 and Jalan SS15/8, Subang Jaya on Wednesday evening.

    Seven premises were raided and nine workers and 18 customers were nabbed.

    The raid also saw 137 gambling machines being seized along with RM2,582.

    Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar lauded the success of the raid and Nur Jazlan's participation on twitter.
