77 YEAR OLD WINS RM1 MILLION IN BANK SIMPANAN NASIONAL MALAYSIA SPECIAL DRAW

Rokeah's tears of joy over RM1 million cash win

Rokeah Mohd Sidek, 77, from Kuala Klawang, Jelebu, Negri Sembilan, is overwhelmed over her luck in being picked as the winner of RM1 million cash from Bank Simpanan Malaysia's Premium Savings Certificate special draw.

She has been saving with the bank for 23 years under the SSP, with savings of over RM20,000.

Her name was picked during a special draw held at Tropicana City Mall in Kuala Lumpur yesterday,

She will get her prize at a ceremony on Jan 26 in Kuantan Parade in Kuantan, Pahang. 

The annual lucky draw which started in 1978, had received overwhelming support from the public.
