A security control manager was charged in the Magistrate's Court here Wednesday with the murder of an Australian lawyer last month.
Lim Poh Seong, 37, is alleged to have killed Bhishma Sharma Digpaul with three to five others still at large, at the Retro Club in Jalan Doraisamy here between 5.45 am and 6.30 am on Oct 4.
No plea was recorded from him, while Magistrate Erry Shahriman Nor Aripin set Jan 6 for re mention.
Deputy public prosecutor Shashitah Mohamed Hanifa prosecuted while the accused was not represented.
