Sabah's diverse dishes range from Chinese, Malay and traditional Kadazan specialities. One of the favourite local picks is known as the 'Ngiu Chap" which means mixed beef.

Sarawak specialties include Umai, a traditional Melanau dish and a popular Iban Delicacy called Pansoh Manok. The other more common dishes that were offered include dishes such as Sarawak Laksa, Kolok Mee., Tomato Mee and Layered Cake.
The "Taste of Malaysia" culinary journey takes a break for the month of Ramadan and will resume again on September 5, 2013 showcasing the delicacies from the state of Negeri Sembilan .
