The new KFC offering San- Thai Crunch chicken and San- Thai Burger looks good in all the advertisements but that it is where it ends

What was delivered was a pathetic looking replica of what you see in the ads. 

The San-Thai Burger sauce had some Thai flavour in it but the burger was dry and tough as it looks in the picture below.

The colour of the San-Thai Crunch chicken was different from the ads, it just looked like their spicy chicken. You could barely taste any spicy Thai flavour except for some lemon grass.

A few months ago, KFC launched their satay burger promotion and again what was delivered was far from their promotional ads. 

I made a complaint and thankfully then a Ms Qieda contacted me and offered to replace the poor quality items.

Verdict:  I give the San-Thai Burger & Crunch a three thumbs down!👎👎👎!!!

I hope the Management of KFC Malaysia looks at why there is a disparity in the quality of their products from outlet to outlet. 

I cannot understand why KFC cannot be consistent at the restaurants with their products like how McDonald's are.
