Hulu Langat Covid-19 assessment centre (CAC) director Afizan Mohamad succumbed to the Covid-19 virus at midnight in the ICU ward in Serdang Hospital.
He was also an environmental health officer in Hulu Langat.
He was also a Covid-19 frontliner.
