Russell Peters To Tickle KL Fans In March

HE performed to sold-out shows in Kuala Lumpur back in 2012 and 2015, and now funnyman Russell Peters is all geared up to meet fans for the third time.

The Canadian award-winning comic, who also produced and starred in his own comedy drama series for Netflix titled The Indian Detective this year, will be bringing his brand-new Deported World Tour to Kuala Lumpur, for a one-night-only performance at Axiata Arena on March 2.

Peters, who is known for his punchlines and pokes fun at race and culture, promises new material and plenty of interaction with the audience, as he does in all of his shows.

“I love getting to know my audience, it’s a collaboration between us.

“Asia has been a key area for me internationally since I started my solo tours.

“There’s such a variety of cultures and we are able to laugh at our so-called differences,” said the 47-year-old in a press statement.
