Malaysian assured of place in ‘MasterChef Asia’ finals

Two Malaysians have made it into the top three places in the inaugural season of MasterChef Asia. Jasbir Kaur from Kuching and Marcus Low from Kuala Lumpur will be vying against each other and Singapore’s Woo Wai Leong for a spot in the finals on Dec 10.
In last night’s episode, they each recreated a signature dish at one of Singapore’s most famous fine dining restaurants, Les Amis for VIPs, including judges Susur Lee, Bruno Ménard and Audra Morrice.
Two episodes remain before we find out who is crowned the first Asian MasterChef. We know at least one Malaysian will be in the final. Fingers crossed!
