This year, Nihon Matsuri 2023 will feature countless booths offering Japanese foods, beverages, games, and merchandise. One of the highly anticipated highlights is the first-ever live tuna cutting show. Witness the artistry and precision of expert chefs as they demonstrate their skills in preparing the finest cuts of tuna, showcasing the epitome of Japanese culinary excellence.
