2020 Christmas Set Menu
For the Christmas Festive Season Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur & Hard Rock Cafe Melaka has unveiled its “Kiss Me Under The Mistletoe” Menu, a set menu available everyday till 3 January 2021.
If you haven't been to Hard Rock Cafe in awhile, this is a terrific time to return, indulging in a fairly priced meal - the set costs RM128 nett for an Appetiser + hearty Main Course, and a dessert.
The Christmas set menu kicks off on a vibrant note, reflecting the brand's international selection of specials for this season throughout the world.
BEST FBKL was invited to sample the Menu yesterday afternoon.
The starter - Blue Cheese Chopped Salad:
A medley of mixed greens that includes fresh, quality ingredients like kale and baby spinach, tossed in a rich-tasting blue cheese vinaigrette and crumble, zesty with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, made crisp with shoestring onions. The perfect appetite-whetter, bursting with reviving flavours. It looked like a simple salad, however it was full of flavour due to the Blue Cheese.

Our top choice for the main course was the the Smoked Lamb Ribs:
A 360 grams hickory-smoked juiciness, glazed and grilled with Hard Rock Cafe's house-made barbecue sauce. The meat was charred to perfection as most of the meat fell of the bone.

The second main course option is the towering Surf & Turf Burger:
A signature steak burger, featuring a chunky 227-gram patty, strikingly crowned with Hard Rock Cafe's One Night in Bangkok Spicy Shrimp, served with salt-and-pepper fries on the side and a unique chipotle aioli that blends for delightful dipping. A behemoth of a burger for big appetites and beyond, bringing together a classic American burger with plump Asian-inspired prawns, lightly and crisply battered with a spicy kick.

The third main course option option is the Mushroom Swiss Burger:
If you prefer earthier flavours and creamier textures, choose the Mushroom Swiss Burger, which layers the Black Angus patty with roasted mushrooms, Swiss cheese, shoestring onions and leafy lettuce. This comes with more of the addictive fries and a garlicky aioli to keep you munching eagerly - it's clear why Hard Rock Cafe has millions of fans of its burgers across the globe.

The fourth main course option is the New York Strip Steak:
Hard Rock Cafe is also a destination for steaks - its New York Strip Steak with Marinated Mushrooms for Christmas boasts a 280-gram NY strip steak of Australian grain-fed beef that's grilled to your preference of doneness, blanketed with shiitake and button mushrooms and smoked turkey bacon in a creamy, savoury sauce, partnered with seasoned fries and steamed vegetables. If you love sinking your teeth into thick steaks, this one will satiate your appetite.
