KUALA LUMPUR: Not all cases involving the former telco chief executive officer who allegedly molested his daughters have been classified as NFA (no further action), say police.

Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department (CID) director Comm Datuk Huzir Mohamed said of the 17 police reports lodged against the CEO, some were still under active investigation.

"Of the 17 police reports lodged since 2013 or 2014, some are NFA while others, like the recent trespassing and threatening cases, are still under investigation," he told reporters at Bukit Aman on Tuesday (May 28).

He, however, declined to specify how many cases were classified as NFA.

Comm Huzir added that all of the cases, including those classified as NFA, were currently being reviewed.

"If there is a need to reopen the cases, we will do so," he said.

The Star reported on May 25 that the former telco CEO had allegedly molested his own children, with at least 15 police reports lodged by his former wife against him since 2015.

Both have joint custody of their two daughters and one son.
