Woman in China suffers vaginal tears from theme park activity

A woman from Jiangsu, China, sustained vaginal tears while doing velcro wall jumping at a theme park, Oriental Daily reported.
The victim, known only as Liu, apparently suffered profuse bleeding after launching herself about 30cm onto the velcro wall.
She went to the hospital, where she had to get 10 stitches.
Liu recalled feeling immense pain when she straddled the wall.
A spokesman for the theme park said the pants Liu was wearing were unsuitable for the activity, which has been halted after the mishap.
The theme park is working out compensation for Liu.
