A motorcyclist went on a bizarre rant – recorded himself by the roadside with the Road Transport Department (JPJ) in the background – after being slapped with a summon over an expired road tax, and blames it on the Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.
The man expressed his dissatisfaction as well as demanding the Prime Minister to resign and arrested.
“I received a summon from JPJ today, at the Bukit Kayu Hitam highway, and asked that Najib Tun Razak to immediately resign for causing tremendous hardship for the us Malaysians.
“I also ask upon the police force to immediately arrest Najib Tun Razak,” the man said.
He continued to explain that his predicaments began with the hiked up prices for his motorcycle insurance premium.
“The road tax for my EX5 motorcycle expired on 31 August and I wanted to renew the insurance, but the cost increased from RM100 to RM135,”
“As a Malaysian, I object to the increase for motorcycle insurance in the country as the insurance companies have already imposed a lot of cost on the people," he added.
The man also elaborated that his refusal to renew his insurance has led him to not being able to renew his road tax as an active vehicular insurance is a prerequisite for renewing the road tax in Malaysia, and thus he ran into trouble with the JPJ.
The 1:21 minutes video has been uploaded on YouTube, shared by Umno Online on Facebook yesterday, has been greeted by netizens with humour with one Facebook user suggesting the man to ride a horse instead while another user commented, “Don't get angry. When people were asked to wake early to vote during the election, they slept. Our prime minister was legitimately elected, so just accept it."
Another Facebook user points out the obvious with the observation, "Blaming others for your own mistakes. Really stupid."
