Impiana Hotel KLCC Kuala Lumpur Launches The "Orchid Floor" Exclusively For Female Guest

Impiana Hotel KLCC Kuala Lumpur launched The "Orchid Floor" Exclusively for Ladies with a grand tea party yesterday afternoon. This is the first dedicated ladies floor initiative by Impiana Group following the demands from women travelling on business who would want security, comfort and value.

Located on the 16th Floor of the Club Tower, The Orchid Floor offers 10 Deluxe rooms with spectacular view of the metropolis. Each room features furnishing in gentle and feminine in addition to a host of amenities such as Molton Brown bathroom set, bath salt, Yukata, professional salon hairdryer and a special room service menu catering to ladies.

Other amenities include standing magnifying mirror, ladies emergency kit and bedroom slippers. Health enthusiast will be thrilled to find out that the room comes with a yoga mat and an exercise ball.

The Orchid Floor is limited to female guests only and to ensure a safe heaven it is serviced entirely by and all female staff from housekeeping to security personnel.

As if to show a glimpse of the dedicated service guest can expect at the The Orchid Room, the guest were treated to a sumptuous tea spread in a ballroom that was decorated with beautiful white orchids, pearls and candles too. Guest were very warmly welcomed by the General Manager Mr, Aaron Nelson, a New Zealander who has been in Malaysia for over 14 years.

Guest were treated to some tasty sandwiches, macarons, tarts, curry puffs, popiah, fruits tarts and local seasonal fruits with coffee, tea and juices.

The service staff did an excellent job serving each table as if a butler would, almost as if giving a taste what to expect on the orchid floor!!! I would give the Impiana top marks for service yesterday.

Guest at the launch which was hosted by Dato Yasmin Yusoff were treated to a fashion show by Datuk Tom Abang Saufi. 

Present to launch The Orchid Floor in a simple ceremony was the beautiful Chairman of Impiana Hotels, Raja Dato' Seri Eleena Binti Almarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfullah.
