SUNGAI PETANI: A woman believed to be mentally unsound allegedly killed her children at their home here.
The mother of the two kids, who is in her 30s, was arrested by police after she allegedly slit their throats.
The children, believed to be males, were aged three and five.
Kedah CID Chief Assistant Commissioner Police Mohd Nashir Ya was at the scene of the incident after receiving information of the case at 4pm Tuesday.
The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
