Tajuddin removed from Umno supreme council

Pasir Salak Umno division chief Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman has been removed as a member of the Umno supreme council by party president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, he was informed of the decision in a letter dated June 21 by Umno secretary-general Datuk Seri Ahmad Maslan.
On behalf of the UMNO President he congratulated Tajuddin on his appointment as Malaysia’s ambassador to Indonesia before thanking him for his service
He was sacked as Prasarana Malaysia Bhd’s non-executive chairman in May after his handling and remarks about a major LRT incident
He was shockingly appointed as Malaysia’s new ambassador to Indonesia. A decision which received nationwide criticism.
