Marriott Hotel Putrajaya had a Ramadhan Buka Puasa Preview at their Grand Ballroom on June 25th for their Corporate Guest and Media. This hotel is certainly a sight to behold from the moment you drive in through the main drive way.
Billing it as " Buka Puasa With The Best!. Guest are invited to break their fast between July 15th, 2013 - August 4, 2013 at the mesmerising setting of their Grand Ballroom. They promise live cooking stations in addition to the lavish spread of traditional and speciality buffet dishes.
Just like in any Ramadhan Buffer the highlight must be the Whole Roast lamb. The lamb was well prepared and full of flavor. Guest will not be disappointed.
The Fresh Seafood Grill Section is going to be another very popular station. Guest can choose their choice of fresh seafood to be grilled and served.The well marinated seafood and fish turned out to be really delicious.
Tujuh Kawah Section consisted of Kari Kepala Ikan, Ayam Kerutup, Daging Gulai Kawah, Ikan Assam Pedas, Perut Lembu masak Cili Padi, Kambing Kuzi and Dalca Tulang Rawan. Most of the dishes here were authentic in their preparation and very good.
Another crowd favourite is the Satay Section, The Satay was well marinated and just had the right texture and size.
The Seafood Station was another crowd favourite, with Oysters, Crabs and Prawns all being snapped up as the Chefs laid them out.
In addition to the Seafood Section there were Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Mexican and Italian Stations.
The wide selection of deserts includes, Local Nyonya kuih, Fresh Fruits Ice Kacang and Buah Dusun such as Durian, Rambutans, Nangka, Cempedak and Mangosteen.
A Ghazal Group has been brought in to entertain guest as they dine with the Sounds of Lagu Asli.
