Teacher Fadli acquitted of any wrongdoing

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Education cleared Gombak National School (1) teacher Mohd Fadli Mohamed Salleh of any wrongdoing, following open criticism of the education system and syllabus.
Mohd Fadli said he had been acquitted of all three charges brought against him through a letter from the Ministry of Education that was posted on his Facebook page.
"Thank God I have been acquitted of all three charges and I have been acquitted of any disciplinary action," he said.
The primary school teacher was recently prosecuted for raising issues related to the school and there are rumors that disciplinary action may be taken against him, including demotion.
Later, it went viral on social media about a letter from the Ministry of Education confirming Mohd. Fadli was dropped all charges and freed from disciplinary action.
The two-page letter states that all three charges against Cikgu Fadli were dropped after the Education Services Disciplinary Board made a careful consideration through a meeting held.
A letter signed by the Chairman of the Educational Services Disciplinary Board, Datuk Yusran Shah Mohd. Yusof, however, is not confirmed to be authentic, however, it went viral and was quoted in local news portals
The issue however attracted the attention of the prime minister, Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob who urged that the matter be resolved through a win-win situation
