The shortage of masks in the market also makes it hard for the public to obtain one and the police in many videos have been reprimanding members of the public for not wearing one
Many who can't get hold of masks are even being turned away from shops now.
DBKL has issue a notice that anyone who wants to enter shop or supermarkets must wear a face mask

Hopefully they will issue a final clarification, so people know and the police will be clear which rule to enforce.
Off course prevention is better than cure so if anyone can get a mask and wants to wear that is good too.
Bukankah DG @KKMPutrajaya dah jelas kata tak perlu pakai kalau anda tak sakit?— Syahredzan Johan (@syahredzan) March 22, 2020
Kenapa @MKNJPM bagi maklumat kata kalau keluar beli barang kena pakai facemask?
Tolong jangan kelirukan rakyat la. Please sangat-sangat.
