KUALA LUMPUR: Police are looking for a couple accused of having assaulted their employee for supposedly stealing RM18,000 of the company's money.
The couple have also been accused of snapping nude pictures of the female employee and her two friends in the incident.
Sentul police chief Assistant Commissioner R. Munusamy said the 28-year-old victim had lodged a report, claiming that she and her two other friends, were beaten up by the couple at a hostel in Fortune Perdana, Kepong here last Sunday (May 8).
"The couple claimed that the three of them had stolen the company's money. Besides being beaten up, the couple also supposedly took nude photos of the trio," he said in a statement today.
Police are now urging for the employer, identified as Nikkie Tan and his wife Brenda Tan, to come forward and assist the police in the investigation.
Those who know the whereabouts of the couple have been urged to contact the nearest police station.
