KUALA LUMPUR: She allowed him to photograph her in the nude, when they were still a couple, but he ended up paying a heavy fine for blackmailing her, over the 'naughty' pictures.
Muhammad Shazarul Ikhmal Rospisham, 19, was today fined RM4,000, in default four months' jail, by the Magistrate's court for the offence.
He pleaded guilty to committing the offence by sending her the pictures when she was at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton at Jalan Tun Razak in Kuala Lumpur at noon on Jan 10.
According to facts of the case, Muhammad Shazarul, who was unemployed, had sent 20 nude pictures via his mobile phone app Wechat to his ex-girlfriend, who was a restaurant waitress.
He had demanded RM200 for each picture and if she didn't not pay him, the pictures would go viral.
