50 years jail, 10 strokes of rotan for Maths tuition teacher who raped his student 5 times
By Adie Suri Zulkefli | New Straits Times – 14 hours agoALOR STAR: The Sessions Court here today sentenced a Mathematics tuition teacher to 50 years of jail and 10 stroke of whipping for raping his student in five separate occasions between February and March last year.
Judge Azhar Mokhtar passed down the sentence on Lee Kian Kiong, 24, after the court found the accused guilty of raping the 15-year-old student during the incidents.
He was found guilty of raping the minor in four separate occasions at the tuition centre located in Kompleks Perniagaan Taman Bistari, Lebuhraya Sultan Abdul Halim between Feb 4 and Mar 8.
Lee was also found guilty of raping the victim at a house No 57, Taman Sri Kota, Jalan Kuala Kedah, here on Mar 13, 2013.
