This May, prepare to embark on a gastronomic journey with Chef Koji Fukuda, Executive Chef of Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and Lambassador for Aussie Lamb

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur is proud to host Chef Fukuda Koji at Thyme. 

Expect his signature fusion flavours in a roster of dishes across Thyme's live stations, plus an array of signatures that are a must-try for all purveyors of Japanese cuisine, such as Hokkaido-Style Zangi Karaage, Sumo-Style Steam Pod "Chanko Nabe", Australian Lamb Dumpling with Shiso Dressing, Hokkaido-Style Genghis Khan Yakisoba, Teriyaki Salmon, Australian Beef "Gyudon", and the beloved Japanese Dashi Maki Tamago.
