This is not the Nurul you’re looking for: Wedding video gets tongues wagging

KLANG: Video footage of PKR president Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim conducting the akad nikah (wedding solemnisation ceremony) of one of his daughters has gone viral on social media.
Many assumed the bride was Anwar's eldest daughter Nurul Izzah, who is also the Permatang Pauh MP.
The speculation arose rampant probably because of the recent turn of events that saw her resigning as party vice president and Penang PKR chief, as well withdrawing from various roles in the Federal Government.
Nurul Izzah was the chairman of the special Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) taskforce.
The marriage, attended by close friends and family, took place last Saturday (Dec 15).
Nurul Ilham, 34, is the second youngest daughter of Anwar and Dr Wan Azizah.
