Jana Wibawa: Wan Saiful was charged in court this morning

Wan Saiful who arrived at about 8.45 am at the court yard was welcomed and accompanied by some party supporters. 

KUALA LUMPUR: Head of Bersatu Information, Datuk Wan Saiful Wan Jan was charged in the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on charges involving the Jana Wibawa project.

Also charged is the CEO of a company who is also the Deputy Head of Bersatu Segambut Division, Adam Radlan Muhammad.

Both were arrested on Monday night when they appeared to testify at the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Headquarters in Putrajaya.

Wan Saiful who arrived at about 8.45 am at the court yard was welcomed and accompanied by some party supporters.

Also present, Bersatu President, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin; Secretary General, Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin; as well as Vice President Datuk Seri Radzi Jidin and Datuk Seri Ronald Kiandee.

Wan Saiful and Adam Radlan will be charged in two separate sessions courts in the capital.
