Snatch thieves grab man's phone while he films Facebook live video

The thieves in action, just as they were about to snatch the phone from the unsuspecting victim.
PETALING JAYA: A video clip of two men stealing a man's mobile phone while he was in the midst of filming a video has gone viral.
The incident is believed to have occurred in the Setapak area on Friday when the victim was shooting a Facebook live video in conjunction with the Hari Raya Haji celebrations.
In the viral video, the men on a motorcycle suddenly grab the phone mid-recording.
The video then goes dark for a few seconds, possibly due to a struggle.
Once the visuals return, the face of one of the suspects is clearly seen as both men make their getaway.
Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Mohamad Roy Suhaimi Sarif, when contacted, confirmed that no reports have been lodged over the incident.
He added that efforts are underway to track down the suspects in the video.
