BN should discard ‘all is well’ mentality, says Mah

GEORGE TOWN: Barisan Nasional should discard the 'all is well' mentality and accept the fact that the coalition must face the real issues on the ground, said Gerakan president Datuk Mah Siew Keong (pic).
He said the people are really hurt and angry over the racial undertones of leaders, which if not checked, could explode.
"Its time to get our act together and heed the voice of the people," said Mah when opening the Penang Gerakan Delegates Conference 2015 Sunday.
"We are having a hard time explaining and convincing the people the actions of leaders who have lost the sense of mutual respect for the Barisan spirit."
He said its time for leaders to get 'over with their anger' and work together as the people were getting tired of the endless 'politicking'.
"There are no need of heroes for a particular community as Barisan is a coalition for all races."
