Bung Moktar, Zizie Izette was ordered to defend themselves on charges of corruption
Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife, Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad have been ordered to defend themselves on charges of RM2.8 million in corruption involving Felcra Berhad.
KUALA LUMPUR: Member of Parliament for Kinabatangan, Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin and his wife, Datin Seri Zizie Izette Abdul Samad have been ordered to defend themselves on charges of RM2.8 million in corruption involving Felcra Berhad.
Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court Judge Rozina Ayob made the decision after the court finished hearing arguments from the prosecution and defense on June 24.
After examining the testimony of the prosecution witnesses as well as the arguments of both parties, the court found that the prosecution succeeded in creating a prima facie case against the two accused.
