Police Raid Private Party And Shock 20 party -goers
SUNGAI PETANI - 20 individuals including two women having a private party at a house in Darul Aman Perdana were shocked when they were arrested in a raid early this morning.
Kuala Muda District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Adzli Abu Shah said, in the raid at 3 am, 18 men and two women aged between 18 to 25 years old were found having fun and partying.
He said that during the raid, all the suspects did not comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP)
"All individuals arrested were taken to the Kuala Muda District Police Headquarters (IPD) for further action," he said in a statement here today.
According to him, urine tests were done on all the suspects and found that six of them were positive for ketamine and THC.
"The case is being investigated under Regulation 16 of the Infectious Diseases Control and Prevention Regulations (PPPPPB) of the National Rehabilitation Plan (PPN) 2021 and Section 15 (1) ADB 1952," he added.
