Here, you can have as many lobsters as you like cooked in any way you like,.... the four of us had about 15 lobster's amongst us. (The only reason we stopped was because we had to try other dishes!)

For those who love oysters, this is simply the place to be!

They had a variety of Fresh Crabs, Shellfish, Scallops, Mussels, Fish, Prawns, Squid and many other stuff from the sea!

They even cook it for you in different styles that you may like it in, be it in Western or Chinese (with Kam Heong Sauce). 


At this truly Fabulous Seafood Dinner  you can really indulge in the ocean’s most delicious and freshest catch. 

The Seafood at this buffet was simply a Perfect 10! Everything was so fresh!

( For those who have been following this blog, you know we rarely give anyone a perfect 10!)

They had Lobsters as big as your face! With Snow Crabs and Scallops

Lobsters prepared Western and Chinese Style.

Thyme also has some of the freshest oysters in KL, Where else can you get a choice of  French, Canadian and Irish oysters opened right in front of you and prepared however way you might like it.

For those who need to go slow on shellfish, enjoy the fresh fish and crabs  that you can request to be cooked according to your preferences be it chilly crabs or otherwise

 

For those who love to have some variety in their buffet, at Thyme they also offer different cuisines - such as  Japanese, Malay, Chinese, Indian and Western. They have a huge Indian kitchen with a chef from India.

Enjoy some of the freshest Sushi & Sashimi, Tuna, Octopus at the Japanese section,

The Salmon Teriyaki is a must try, its scores a perfect 10 in our books

The Indian Cuisine Section stands out as it has the biggest kitchen in the live cooking area.

. Get ready for some great tasting Seafood Briyani with Prawn Curry or Butter Chicken. They have some great chicken tikka too.

The Chinese Cuisine section was more of a anything you can think of Noodle Station with various condiments and sauces

The MUST TRY here is the Curry Laksa which is reputed to be second only to the one by Chef Wan!

At the Western Cuisine section your mouth will be watering with the Bakes Mussels, Pan Seared Fish With Creamy Lemon Dill, Roasted Baby Chicken, Seafood Ragout, Lamb Stew and Pizza. 

At the Malay cuisine corner you can feast away with Lamb Rendang, Ikan Asam Pedas, Satay, Ayam Berlado, Sayur Campur and Daging Masak Hitam

For those who love to start their meals with a Salad , they have not forgotten you!

Usually we love having the different  breads, cheese and cold cuts but this time, the seafood was simply amazing that we barely had enough space for anything else.

We kept enough space for the awesome Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream. Guess what?..... they even has some quality durian ice cream. For those who like ABC you can mix your Ice Cream with the ABC. Where else can you get Haagen-Dazs ABC??? Do let us know!

The desserts were also very good, the simple lychee on jelly suddenly tasted so good we were finishing off everything! Try the different types of mousse, cakes, marshmallows, .....
However the one that got our perfect 10 score was the simple looking puff pastry!

Throughout the evening washing it all down with some of the best tasting juices, tea or coffee. We had loads of Teh Tarik and Chilled Apple Teas, ( We were imagining to be Apple Martini's!)
