Over 50 dishes from caterer to the stars, Wolfgang Puck.
ON the glitziest night of the year, those celebrities who do deign to eat will sip shots of carrot orange gazpacho and nibble on crispy lobster dumplings and popcorn-topped panna cotta.

Celebrities who’ve stuffed, tucked and shimmied their way into their dresses for the televised portion of the night may choose to celebrate their wins by letting loose and tucking into hors d’oeuvres like crispy lobster shrimp dumplings with five spice, bite-sized fried chicken with white grits and mini American Wagyu burgers.
For the legions of celebrities like Anne Hathaway, Ellen DeGeneres, Jared Leto, Brad Pitt and Natalie Portman who shun all animal products, Puck has also created vegan dishes like carrot orange gazpacho shots, taro root tacos with avocado, and butternut squash with farro and wild rice.
A few of Puck’s signature Oscar bites will also return, including smoked salmon Oscars and chicken pot pie with shaved black truffles.

The Academy Awards is scheduled for Sunday, March 2, and will be televised in more than 225 countries worldwide. – AFP Relaxnews
