Man surrenders after his sex video with underage girl goes viral

SEREMBAN: A man surrendered to the police after a clip showing him engaging in a sexual act with a young girl, who looks between 12 and 14 years old, went viral.
His car was also reportedly set ablaze by people angered by his criminal act.
The bald man, believed to be in his 60s, recorded the 3min 10sec clip in the backseat of a car.
In the clip, he can be seen repeatedly coaxing the young girl, who is topless, to stroke his genitals.
The girl, who looks distressed, can be heard telling the man that she wishes to stop, but the man keeps coaxing.
He promises to buy her stuff.
The man, who is only wearing pants lowered to his knees, can also be seen kissing the girl and performing sexual acts on her.
It is learnt that the man surrendered to the police in another state after the clip went viral.
There is also an eight-second clip showing a car, believed to be the one in which the act was committed, was set on fire. That clip has also gone viral.
It is understood that the vehicle was set ablaze by people upset with the suspect.
It is also learnt that several individuals here and in other states have lodged reports on the matter.
State CID chief ACP Wan Rukman Wan hassan is scheduled to hold a press conference on the matter at 2pm on Wednesday (July 10).
