PKR Secetary General Rafizi Ramli's picture in cuffs and barefoot on his way to the courts shocked netizens. 

The Home Ministry must do something about this, not only for him but for all those who are arrested - they must get proper footwear and clothes if they are not allowed to wear their own.

If budget is an issue then allow those arrested to wear their own clothes when out of their cells. These are not convicted criminals.
