KUALA LUMPUR: The investigation papers on the road bully incident involving a woman who claimed that police were indifferent about her plight have been submitted to the deputy public prosecutor (DPP), said Tan Sri Mohamad Fuzi Harun.

The Inspector-General of Police said three men arrested over the incident have since been released on police bail.

"We are still investigating the conduct of the police personnel that were on duty on Monday night (March 12) at the Alam Indah police station," he told a press conference after presenting ranks to 21 senior officers in Bukit Aman on Thursday.

While he is not condoning the alleged actions of the police personnel on that night, Mohamad Fuzi said all police stations have been ordered to impose extra security given numerous terror threats that have since been thwarted.

The IGP was commenting on the viral videos involving the woman who claimed that police were indifferent to her situation.

In the first video, the woman was visibly upset as she alleged that the police refused to let her into the police station despite fearing for her safety as a group of men in a BMW were tailgating her.

In a second video uploaded by the woman, she claimed that a police officer had contacted her and told her that the men were following her car because she had swerved into their lane.
