MALACCA: A 24-year-old man claimed that a doctor asked for oral sex when he sought treatment for diarrhea at a private hospital here on Monday.
The man, who lodged a police report at the Merlimau police station in Jasin near here, alleged that the doctor asked him to take off all his clothing from the waist down.
The doctor then made suggestive remarks to him.
State Health, Sport Development and Anti-Drugs deputy committee chairman Datuk Ng Choon Koon said the patient also alleged that the doctor held his penis while asking if he had any problems urinating.
He said based on preliminary findings, the doctor also kissed the patient on his left cheek before asking for oral sex.
"The alleged incident occurred in a private hospital, and I have asked the state Health Department to obtain the report from the hospital.
"We need to be fair to the doctor and to get the full version of what really transpired during the treatment," he said.
