KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi arrived in Batu Caves to join Hindus in celebrating Thaipusam.
He was greeted with a flower garland at the entrance to the temple grounds here.
Thousands of devotees thronged Batu Caves here, making their way up the temple's 272 steps to pay homage to Lord Muruga and to fulfill their vows.
