Hard Rock Cafe locations in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand are celebrating the start of burger season with a menu showcasing international Local Legendary Burgers offerings showcasing the flavor and ingredients at Hard Rock locations across the globe as part of its new World Burger Tour menu. Being an Hard Rock International initiative this limited-time menu is available from now till July 31, 2016.

Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur celebrated the launching of their leg on the World Burger Tour in traditional fashion last night.
The Hard Rock Cafe World Burger Tour food truck was stationed at the entrance of the cafe and it was swamped last night as it offered guests a taste of what was on offer. Over 100 Free burgers were given on first come first serve basis. 1 city burger from the promotion menu for June/July will be served from the truck, for the KL leg yesterday they served the Frito Crunch Burger from Hollywood, USA. Earlier the truck followed the city Hop On bus escorted by 3 Harley Davidson bikes for the city tour from 3pm-5pm
The truck will is on tour to Malaysia , Singapore and Thailand visiting 7 destinations namely Singapore, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Bangkok, Pattaya and Sentosa.

In conjunction with Hard Rock Cafe Celebrating 25 Hard Rocking Years in South East Asia, the World Burger Tour's Kuala Lumpur Leg was celebrated in true Malaysian tradition with traditional dance performances by dancers from the Malaysian Tourism accompanied by a band from the Kuala Lumpur City Hall.
The Dance troupe gave a well synchronised performance that mesmerised the guests who were made up of locals, tourist and Harley Davidson bikers. At the end of the show they managed to get everyone to join in the dancing on the dance floor.
Just like the artists whose memorabilia lines the walls at Hard Rock locations worldwide, the burgers that Hard Rock Cafe serves are nothing short of "Legendary." All Legendary Burgers feature the highest quality meats, fresh ingredients, savory sauces and rich, melted cheeses.

As part of the World Burger Tour menu, Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur will showcase the brand's world-famous cocktails. Hard Rock KL have created some cocktails to compliment this menu. Adult guests can order with the suggested pairing or mix it up with any other burger from the limited-time menu.
Among the new cocktails are:
· All Jacked Up – this cocktail features a mix of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, pineapple juice, Orgeat and lime juice, garnished with orange and pineapple wedges and a cherry
· Crisp Sipper – this cocktail features a mix of Hendrick’s, Monin Cucumber, lemon, orange and raspberry, topped with tonic and garnished with rosemary and thyme
· Melonpalooza – this cocktail features a mix of Midori Melon Liqueur, Malibu Rum, Hard Rock’s house-made sour mix and pineapple juice, garnished with slices of pineapple and strawberry]
· Sweet & Fiery – this cocktail features a mix of ABSOLUT Peppar Vodka, Canton Ginger Liquor, Blue Curacao, lemonade and ginger beer, garnished with a red pepper
· Black Cherry Melonade (non-alcoholic) – this mocktail features a mix of Black Cherry Real and Monin Cucumber, topped with ginger beer, garnished with a cucumber slice and a cherry
“Our World Burger Tour menu was a fan-favorite last summer, so we’ve remixed the menu and added burgers with authentic, regional flavors from around the globe,” said Alex Merchan, Sr. Director, Marketing & Sales Cafes Worldwide of Hard Rock International. “Hard Rock Cafe has been serving up burgers since its first cafe opened in London 44 years ago, and our global reach allows us to celebrate this culinary phenomenon like no other restaurant.”
Hard Rock gives chefs at their cafes the freedom to create a unique Local Legendary Burger that captures the flavors of their city. This year more than 160 local burgers were evaluated by Hard Rock’s culinary team with fan favorites selected to headline the World Burger Tour menu. Throughout June and July, Hard Rock Cafe Kuala Lumpur will feature the following World Burger Tour offerings:
· Big Little Italy Burger – (New York, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with melted Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pizza sauce and sautéed mushrooms
· English Breakfast Burger (London, England) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with sliced ham, a sausage patty, a fried egg, a portobello mushroom, arugula and garlic aioli, served with a side of baked beans
Frito Crunch Burger (Hollywood, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with chorizo, queso fresco cheese, Frito corn chips, arugula and a fried jalapeno
· Golden Gate Burger (San Francisco, United States) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with sliced salami, grilled onions, Swiss cheese, pickles and thousand island dressing, served on a sourdough bread
· Greek Burger (Athens, Greece) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with arugula, feta cheese and a tomato slice
· Korean Kimchi Burger (Busan, Korea) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with Sriracha-seasoned kimchi, bulgogi sauce, fresh tomato, lettuce and Sriracha mayonnaise
Tango Salsa Burger (Buenos Aires, Argentina) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with andouille sausage, Monterey Jack cheese, chips de batata, a fried egg, salsa criolla and garlic aioli
When in Rome Burger (Rome, Italy) – a Certified Angus Beef patty topped with ricotta cheese, sundried tomatoes, Italian pancetta and Sriracha mayonnaise
