BESTFBKL TOP RAMADAN BUKA PUASA BUFFETS IN KUALA LUMPUR 2015
This year we did not taking into account the spots without "HALAL" certification, although they remain extremely popular with diners such as the Concorde Hotel, Marriott Hotel and Renaissance Hotel.
Just like in previous years our judging was based on the following criteria:
-Variety and Quality of Food & Beverage provided in the buffet.
- Taste of Food & Beverage, especially of the crowd favourites such as the Grilled / Roast Lamb,
Briyani, Satay, Lemang and Rendang,
- Ambiance of the venue if it evoked the the Spirit of Ramadan
- Number of Live Cooking Stations
- Service provided by chefs at the live cooking stations
- Service & Attentiveness of staff.
- Capability to handle the crowd

(As some places over sold their seats and was not able to provide proper service and quality).

The overall ambiance at the huge Taman Mahsuri courtyard gives the The Royale Chulan Kuala Lumpur the edge over other hotels when choosing the best Ramadan Buka Puasa Buffet Spot among the 5 Star Hotels in KL.. The Royale Chulan strives to go for the wow factor every year like when they have over 200 condiments just for their Ice Kachang Station alone. They get top marks for food presentation and taste as their fare is always very good. Despite having between 600 to 1000 diners nightly, the place does not give you a congested feeling. Food is replenished quickly and service standards are maintained. There is a wide variety of good tasting food that is available. The presence of a full ghazal band with 2 singers , the waterfall, the greenery, the colourful stalls and tables gives you a real festive mood.
