World-renowned Dr Lam Hoe Yeoh admits spying on more than 1,000 patients using hidden cameras

Intimate clips of men, women and children were found in the doctor's cache of perverted videos

Guilty: Pervert Dr Lam Hoe Yeoh has admitted a string of voyeurism and indecency offences
A top doctor who used hidden cameras to spy on patients has admitted a string of voyeurism, indecency and pornography offences.
World-renowned hearing specialist Dr Lam Hoe Yeoh secretly recorded intimate images of patients, colleagues and visitors using equipment he rigged up in hospital toilets.
Men, women and children are understood to have been caught in the clips, containing more than 1,000 victims over a three-year period.
The father-of-three pleaded guilty at Croydon Crown Court to seven counts of voyeurism, six counts of making an indecent photograph of a child, and one of possessing extreme pornography.
The 62-year-old, who is also known by the first name Robin, was arrested at the privately-run St Anthony's Hospital in North Cheam, south London, in April after an alleged victim contacted police.
Prosecutor Peter Clement Clement said the crimes were uncovered following "a single, discrete incident" at St Anthony's Hospital in April this year.

He added: "He visited a toilet block and went to a lavatory near the desk where two ladies had been working.
"Then he left. He had secreted a covert video recording device.
"The device fell from the position when it was recovered by one of the two ladies.
"Examination that day showed the device had captured and recorded one of those ladies using the lavatory.
"But he had inadvertently filmed himself securing that device. It was what the police found subsequently that gave rise to these offences."
The prosecutor said Yeoh had initially appeared anxious when he returned to the hospital lavatory and could not find the hidden camera.
Yeoh told police: "Will I go to jail? I cannot tell my family."
But he was to indicate his guilt at his first court appearance.
Mr Clement said: "His intention was sinister, indecent and criminal."
He described the offending, on victims as young as five, as "sophisticated, organised, planned and long-running".
The prosecutor added: "The (voyeurism) offending was vast and beyond any previously investigated by the Met."
One woman in the packed public gallery wiped away tears as Yeoh, wearing a dark suit and a grey shirt, was led into the courtroom.
Several of her supporters gasped as details of count 13 - possessing extreme pornography which appeared to show people performing oral sex on animals - were read out.
Yeoh kept his head bowed throughout the short hearing, and spoke only to confirm his name and to enter his pleas.
Mr Clement said the voyeurism charges included a handful of identifiable victims, as well as 1,084 whose identity was unknown.
The pervert had "grossly abused" the high degree of trust placed in him, he added.
The court heard the doctor also filmed people in his own home after they were invited for a social event, and in train lavatories.
A three-year-old child featured in his footage, the court heard.
He also made indecent images featuring six different children.
Yeoh's footage was saved to a hard drive and/or a USB, and voyeuristic films were found on both his home computer and his NHS work computer.
Mr Clement told the court the footage was labelled with "graphic descriptions" that included dates and names. One label included the description "front and back".

Yeoh spliced together footage to create compilation films, the court heard.
His offending took place in a number of locations across the country, including Portland Hospital in central London, and medical facilities in Exeter, Sutton and Thames Ditton.
The court heard that Yeoh used a range of devices to capture footage, including pen drives and watches.
When police carried out searches after his arrest, they discovered 22 covert cameras and a slew of personal computers.
Mr Clement said Yeoh labelled footage according to the content - occasionally including a victim's name - and focused on a victim's genitals.
Some footage included a woman changing her sanitary towel, while another was marked "have period" and another "sweet young auburn teen p**** ember".
Although only around 30 victims were able to be identified, one woman was secretly recorded 300 times.
The case was adjourned until the afternoon and Yeoh was remanded in custody.
The six counts of making an indecent image of a child involved three identified victims and three unidentified victims.
The charges relating to extreme pornography involved possession of 12 still images.
All the charges relate to the period January 1 2011 to April 15 this year.
Yeoh's wife, Ivy Muihong Sng, 57, also of  Banstead, Surrey, had a count of voyeurism against her discontinued and was free to walk from the dock.
